Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of facility maintenance, general labor, or related experience.
• Ability to follow established safety guidelines and procedures.
• Physical capability to regularly perform tasks involving hearing, talking, touching, climbing ladders, and working at heights.
• Ability to frequently exert up to 75 pounds of force and perform repetitive movements.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain/maintain DOT certification.
• Basic reading and intermediate math skills.
• Use of personal cell phone required for business purposes throughout the day.
• Ability to maintain normal to extremely demanding attention levels as required by tasks.

Responsibilities

• Repair facilities and equipment independently or as part of a team to ensure proper functionality and efficiency.
• Assist skilled trades technicians with general maintenance tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Support building systems maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) through hands-on work.
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts safely and at heights, ensuring safe operation and vision.
