Qualifications

• Knowledge of building construction/repair concepts.
• Knowledge of mechanical repair/maintenance principles.
• Knowledge of janitorial/cleaning techniques.
• Knowledge of grounds keeping/landscaping methods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train residents in mechanical maintenance and repair tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment and building components.
