For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering up to $2,500 sign-on bonus for Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians!

Eligibility:

• Hired (offer accepted) into a full-time AEMT position. Bonus prorated for part-time hires. Per diem hires are ineligible.
• Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former employees are ineligible until more than 6 months of separation.

Job Summary

The Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) provides both basic and advanced life support during emergency pre-hospital and interfacility transfer care, according to patient needs and in accordance with State and local protocols.

Minimum Requirements

1. Education: Completion of EMT-Advanced course required.
2. Licenses/Certifications: Current applicable state EMT-Advanced license required. Valid driver's license required. Current BLS certification required.
3. Experience: Not applicable
