Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Five years of related experience in electronics production/manufacturing preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and perform different tasks regularly.
• Ability to execute sound judgement and demonstrate initiative.

Responsibilities

• Operates tool/equipment/processes per provided instructions and uses experience for guidance.
• Adheres to standard work, quality policies, and customer specifications; communicates with supervisors and escalates issues as needed.
• Maintains accurate timekeeping, records, labor tracking, inventory control, process documentation, scrap and quality records.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives and safety, cleanliness, product quality and efficiency; proposes new solutions for complex problems.
• Keeps certifications and training current; completes assignments on time and can train others when assigned.
