Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Wisconsin is seeking an electronics production professional to support higher complexity manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. You will work within defined factory guidelines and take ownership of assigned job functions.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and about five years of related experience. Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to work independently or in a cross-functional team are essential.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.
• Five (5) year of related experience in electronics production/manufacturing is preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills are necessary.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operates tool/equipment/processes in accordance with provided instructions and based on experience.
• Assists in the creation of instructions when none are available.
• Understands and adheres to standard work, quality policies, and customer specifications.
• Maintains accurate timekeeping, record keeping, labor tracking, inventory control, process documentation, scrap, and quality records.
• Supports improvement initiatives and participates to improve safety, cleanliness, product quality and efficiency.
• Keeps up to date on certifications and training requirements; completes assignments on time and can train others if assigned.
