Qualifications

• Five years of related electronics production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to learn new tasks quickly.
• Ability to adapt to change and exercise sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Operate tools/equipment per provided instructions or based on experience.
• Adhere to standard work, quality policies, and customer specifications; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping, labor tracking, inventory control, and quality records.
• Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives; propose solutions to problems.
• Keep certifications and training up to date; train others when assigned.
