Responsibilities

• Operates tool/equipment/processes with instructions and based on experience; assists in creating instructions when unavailable.
• Understands and adheres to standard work, quality policies, and client specifications; escalates issues as needed.
• Maintain timekeeping, records, labor tracking, inventory, process documentation, scraps, and quality records.
• Support improvement initiatives to enhance safety, cleanliness, product quality and efficiency with innovative solutions.
• Stay current with certifications and training; complete tasks on time and train others when assigned.
