NAES is seeking a Dimensional Inspector to perform advanced dimensional and visual inspections on manufactured, repaired, and refurbished components to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications. You will interpret GD&T, verify tolerances, and document results to support NCRs and investigations.

This role requires five years of inspection experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently at an industrial site with travel up to 15%.

Formación

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of dimensional inspection, machining, manufacturing, refurbishment, repair, or related quality experience.
• Able to independently interpret engineering drawings and dimensional requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to document inspection results and nonconformances clearly.
• Travel up to 15% and ability to work at an industrial site.

Responsabilidades

• Perform receiving, in-process, final, first-piece, and dimensional inspections as assigned.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, inspection plans, travelers, and customer requirements.
• Verify dimensional characteristics against applicable tolerances and acceptance criteria.
• Apply GD&T knowledge during inspection activities.
• Document inspection results on reports, travelers, or electronic records.
• Identify, document, and segregate nonconforming product when required.
• Support NCRs and provide objective inspection evidence for disposition.
