DCG ONE in Maryland is seeking a Press Operator for our Sheetfed Print Department. You will work with Heidelberg SM52 presses, maintain quality and timelines, and support a team-focused environment on the production floor.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of press experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to operate with efficiency in a fast-paced setting. This on-site role includes benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional printing press experience.
• Experience communicating with diverse teams and translating project strategy.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• May require Public Trust Security Clearance.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Interact with press schedule and ticket accordingly.
• Serve as team lead for Press Feeders within the Sheetfed Print Department.
• Interact with pressroom clients professionally.
• Produce quality print efficiently.
• Perform maintenance on presses.
• Maintain presses and pressroom clean and professional.
• Use and maintain the Image Control unit.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
