Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Press Operator to join our client’s team on a direct-hire basis in Wisconsin. You will manage daily operation of digital printing equipment, from file setup to final output, focusing on print quality, color accuracy, and efficient production schedules.

Requirements include a minimum of 1 year operating commercial digital press equipment; 3+ years preferred. HP certification is a big plus.

Job description

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Digital Press Operator to join out client’s team on a direct-hire basis!

In this role, you will manage the daily operation of our digital printing equipment from initial file setup to final output. The primary focus of the Digital Press Operator will be ensuring exceptional print quality, color accuracy, and efficient production schedules while performing routine machine maintenance.

There is an opening on 2nd and 3rd shift due to additional equipment at our client’s facility and a lot of growth within the company! The 2nd shift schedule is Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm. The 3rd shift schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6am. Wages range based on experience level, $24-28/hour.

• A minimum of one year of experience operating commercial digital press equipment in a manufacturing environment, 3+ years of experience is preferred.
• HP certification is a big plus.
