Gemba Automotive seeks a Service Technician – Journeyman to perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and thorough inspections to ensure vehicles are safe and reliable. You will work with a skilled team, follow ASE standards, and use DVI tools to document results for customers and advisors.

Qualifications

• ASE certifications are preferred to perform advanced diagnostics and approved repairs.
• Strong diagnostic and repair capabilities across vehicle systems.
• Ability to document findings clearly for service advisors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Vehicle Inspections using the DVI system and share findings with the service advisor.
• Perform Routine Maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Replace vehicle components with precision following manufacturer guidelines.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and other major components.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate with team to resolve root causes.
• Record all services, diagnostics, and parts used in repair orders.
