Gemba Automotive in Mesa, AZ is seeking a skilled Service Technician – Journeyman to perform advanced diagnostics, repairs and vehicle inspections. You will use the Digital Vehicle Inspection system and follow manufacturer guidelines to ensure safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Vehicle Inspections using the Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) system and record findings for the service advisor.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake adjustments, and fluid checks following shop standards.
• Replace vehicle components (brakes, tires, batteries, etc.) with precision and ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Diagnose and repair complex engine, transmission, and electrical system issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
• Document all work performed in repair orders and communicate recommendations for future services.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace and care for tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in mentorship and on‑the‑job training.
