Job summary

Baystate Noble Hospital seeks a Radiologic Technologist to operate diagnostic X-ray equipment and obtain diagnostic films under Radiologist supervision. You will perform fluoroscopy and invasive exams as required, and assist with mobile imaging in the NICU, Pedi, OR, ICU, ER and outpatient settings.

Incumbent may support surgical procedures and work across Baystate Health system. Emphasis on safety, quality, and timely image transfer to PACS is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in general radiographic imaging techniques.
• Ability to follow Radiologist instructions and hospital procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operates diagnostic X-ray equipment to obtain high quality images under Radiologist supervision.
• Performs fluoroscopy and invasive exams as required by policy and Radiologist.
• Conducts portable imaging in NICU, Pedi, OR, ICU, ER and outpatient settings.
• Responds to emergencies and ensures timely, safe transfer of images to PACS.
• Maintains equipment, room cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
