Work within the Advance Development Department in a team environment to conduct market research and develop interior systems for the mobility space.

- Automotive experience preferred.
Experience:
- Entry to four (4) years of relevant experience.
Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, or Computer Science Engineering.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Ability to work in a team to conduct market research and trend analysis under supervision.
- Support development of proof of concept with guidance from supervisor.
- Coordinate communications and support programs by providing benchmarking data to the design team.
- Recommend benchmarking and ADAS research strategies for improvement based on department goals.
- Self-learn and work on new technologies to develop systems/products for mobility interior space.
- Support department initiatives.
- Attend conferences and seminars to gather insights, trends, and develop networking.
- Collaborate to take ideas from inception to production integration.
- Attend technical seminars, webinars, and conferences; report on latest trends and new technologies for cost-effective solutions.
- Create concepts and proposals aligned with company strategy.
- Conduct due diligence on startups and prepare reports for decision-making.
- Perform technical feasibility studies and provide insights.
- Generate new ideas, concepts, visualize, and make proposals.
- Assist with presentation preparation and research reports.
