Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college.
• Must be licensed in good standing with the TX State Board of Pharmacy.
• Experience with clinical pharmacy services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide all levels of pharmacy clinical services for the CCU/ICU patients.
• Monitor drug therapy regimens for contraindications and interactions.
• Participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds and provide consults.
