Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively and build positive professional relationships.
• Timely and accurate support of medication distribution including order verification and technician oversight.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services for safe and efficient patient care.
• Maintain required competencies and documentation; support quality improvement and patient safety programs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and growth.
• Assist in minimizing pharmaceutical costs and exploring process efficiencies.
• Respond to medical emergencies per hospital policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
