Job summary

American Equipment Holdings (AEH) is seeking an Advanced Crane Service Technician for the Charlotte, NC area. You will perform complex inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and installations on overhead cranes and hoists, including systems with advanced auxiliary components.

This advanced-level role targets Level 3 through Master level technicians with strong mechanical and electrical skills. Opportunities for advancement and field service work await.

Qualifications

• Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Experience with overhead cranes or industrial maintenance preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and installations on overhead cranes.
• Troubleshoot and repair advanced crane systems and auxiliary components.
• Mentor junior technicians and document service activities.
