Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. is seeking a co-op/temporary engineering student to assist the Heat Transfer Systems team. You will design and assemble small to medium test modules, and help validate heat rejection and transfer technologies.

The role requires senior or MS-level engineering students, strong CAD skills (2D/3D), and knowledge of thermodynamics, heat and mass transfer, and fluid dynamics. Proficiency in Excel and possibly MATLAB is valued.

Qualifications

• Majoring in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Mechatronics, or Materials preferred).
• Seniors or MS students preferred.
• Experience with 2D and 3D CAD required; Autodesk Inventor preferred.
• Working knowledge of thermodynamics, heat and mass transfer, and fluid dynamics.
• Proficient in Excel; advanced knowledge of Excel VBA, Matlab, or similar programming language preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in Excel; advanced knowledge of Excel VBA, Matlab, or similar programming language preferred

INFORMATION:

• Status: Full-time, Temporary (6 months)
• Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Paid Co-Op
• Requirements: Reliable transportation to BAC Corporate Office every day
• Misc: Housing is not provided
• Location: BAC Corporate Office located at 7600 Dorsey Run Road, Jessup, MD 20794

BAC Hiring Compensation Range $22 - $28 per hour.

BAC provides additional earnings in the form of overtime as applicable under law.
