Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer-Integrated Machining or related field.
- Previous CNC programmer/machinist experience preferred.
- Proficiency in G-code programming and CNC processes.
Responsibilities
- Program CNC machines (mills, waterjet, lathes, textile cutters) and perform first runs.
- Interpret drawings, GD&T, and specifications to plan machining processes.
- Set up machines, configure tooling, offsets, and reference points.
- Use Mastercam, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling tools to develop programs.
- Troubleshoot tooling, adjust programs, and maintain quality.
- Develop fixtures and collaborate with vendors for tooling.
