Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4 years of relevant work experience and/or higher education in manufacturing/engineering.
• Willingness to work any shift, overtime, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervises production outcomes: selects, orients, trains, assigns, schedules, coaches, counsels, and disciplines associates; communicates expectations; plans and evaluates contributions; adheres to policies.
• Delivers KPIs, strategy and people plans; maintains a master strategic plan to meet KPIs.
• Communicates and enforces EH&S and Quality policies and procedures.
• Maintains floor presence; walks with leaders to address safety, quality and productivity issues.
• Drives continuous improvement via Kaizen events and root-cause analysis.
