Genuine Machine Products in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an Advanced CNC Machinist for our night shift. You will read blueprints, set up and run CNC milling jobs, load and unload parts, and ensure precise measurements and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC mill operation and setup experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Intermediate knowledge of machine functions, tolerances, and GD&T.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling equipment following company procedures and safety standards.
• Translate blueprints, travelers, and technical notes into accurate setups and runs.
• Load raw stock, unload finished parts, and maintain steady throughput.
• Perform basic setups, identify tooling needs, and communicate requirements clearly.
• Measure, inspect, and document quality and production data.
• Keep station clean, organized, and audit-ready.
• Collaborate with teammates and contribute to continuous improvement.
