About the Role

Genuine Machine Products is seeking an experienced Mill Machinist (Level 2/3) to join our night shift team. In this role, you will produce high-quality precision parts that meet strict industry and customer standards. You will work in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment where quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are top priorities.

What Youll Do
  • Operate CNC milling machines in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, travelers, and technical instructions.
  • Load and unload materials and finished parts efficiently.
  • Perform basic machine setups and communicate tooling requirements.
  • Measure, inspect, and document production and quality data.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete required documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Education
  • 5+ years of CNC Mill operation and setup experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
Skills & Knowledge
