Job summary

Spaulding Clinical Research is hiring a Clinical Research Technician, Advanced, for the night shift at the West Bend site. The role involves phlebotomy, vital signs, ECG lead placement, and dose verification, with strict adherence to protocol and regulatory requirements.

The position is full-time and onsite, with graveyard hours and weekend/holiday rotations. Training begins on the AM shift, then transitions to the 6:00 PM–6:00 AM schedule after eight weeks.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certificate or real-world on-the-job training required.
• BLS certification required within 6 months of hire date.
• Associate’s degree in a scientific/medical discipline desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conducts advanced clinical procedures per protocol and SOPs with supervision.
• Performs venipuncture and specimen handling with proper aseptic technique.
• Records vital signs, height/weight/BMI, and ECG lead placement as required.
• Ensures accurate data entry and study documentation in computer systems.
• Supports safety, participant care, and regulatory compliance during trials.
