Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license; Wisconsin licensure within 6 months.
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire or promotion date.

Responsibilities

• Ensure trials follow protocol and document informed consent accurately.
• Document medical histories and adverse events.
• Perform venipuncture and sample handling per protocol with aseptic technique.
• Administer study drugs following the 5 Rights of Medication Administration.
• Record drug storage and dose verification; assist other dosers as needed.
• Record vital signs, ECG lead placement, and IV procedures.
• Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and ECH regulatory compliance.
• Oversee daily clinical operations on the study floor and coordinate staff activities.
