Qualifications
- Pharmacist licensed or eligible to practice in the state of Florida.
- Bachelor's Degree or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced clinical pharmacy services and interventions.
- Interpret orders and verify/transcribe into the pharmacy system.
- Compound and dispense pharmaceuticals accurately.
- Monitor drug therapy for interactions and contraindications.
- Participate in antimicrobial management and clinical programs.
- Mentor and educate pharmacy staff and students.
- Document clinical activities and prepare summary reports.
- Support quality improvement, risk management, and patient safety goals.
- Provide medication information to staff and patients.
- Maintain compliance with regulations and facility policies.
