Job summary

HCA Florida Lake City Hospital is seeking an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist PRN to focus on critical care, coordinating and assisting with the development, implementation and maintenance of clinical pharmacy programs to meet patient and community needs.

You will review medication orders and the work of technicians to ensure drug appropriateness, adjust dosages as needed, and ensure safe dispensing in accordance with age guidelines, contributing to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Advanced Clinical Pharmacist with focus on critical care.
• Experience in coordinating clinical pharmacy programs preferred.
