Job summary

Los Robles Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Laboratory Scientist to perform high complexity testing with minimal supervision. The role requires a California CLS license and a BS/BA in biology or chemistry, plus 2+ years as a CLS.

You will multi-task across lab sections, communicate effectively, and work on studies and projects assigned by department supervisors. This is an on-site position at our Thousand Oaks location within the HCA Healthcare system.

Job Summary and Qualifications

What qualifications you will need:

• California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License (CLS)



• BA/BS in Biology or Chemistry, participates in continuing education programs


• Two or more years as a CLS with good to excellent performance reviews


• Must have demonstrated above-average initiative, technical and problem‑solving skills, and competent independent judgment
