• Demonstrates critical knowledge, skills, and judgement to care for patients with complex assessment and therapies.
• Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms and specialized equipment with continuous nursing vigilance.
• Collaborates with medical staff and interdisciplinary team to plan and manage patient care.
• Documents patient care accurately, including assessment, medications, treatments and safety.
• Prioritizes patient care and delegates tasks to the healthcare team according to patient needs.
