Orlando Health, Inc. is seeking a Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to Lakeland, FL to provide direct patient care before, during, and after cardiac and vascular procedures.

This role collaborates with physicians and a multidisciplinary Cath Lab team to ensure safe, efficient procedures. The RN will perform assessments, monitor hemodynamics, administer medications, maintain sterile technique, document care, and participate in on-call coverage, education, and continuous quality improvement in a

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Maintains Florida RN license or valid eNLC license.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC as required for specific areas.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care for cardiac and vascular procedures before, during, and after interventions.
• Monitors patient status, interprets hemodynamics, and responds to emergent situations.
• Assists physicians during interventional and diagnostic procedures.
• Maintains sterile technique, equipment readiness, and accurate documentation.
• Supports on-call coverage and contributes to education and quality improvement.
