Job summary

Sentara Health Plans seeks an Advanced Care Procedural Coordinator to manage the end-to-end procedural care process across ambulatory service lines. You will act as a primary liaison among providers, facilities, and patients to ensure timely access and smooth care transitions.

This role focuses on pre-operative readiness, post-operative follow-up, and optimization of OR, Endoscopy, and Cath/Angio lab utilization while enhancing overall patient experience.

• 3 years of Healthcare experience (clerical or clinical) required.
