Job summary

UW Medical Center – Montlake, Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, is seeking an Advanced Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT). This 100% FTE, 40-hour-per-week position supports diagnostic EP studies, device implantations, LAOO and ablations in a fast-paced, academic medical center environment.

The role offers opportunities to work with a highly experienced team, perform advanced electrophysiology procedures, and participate in performance improvement activities, with no on-call obligation and a focus on

Qualifications

• Requires AA degree from CVT program with CCI registration and WA CIS licensure.
• Or AA degree from Radiologic Technologist program with ARRT registration and WA RT licensure.

Responsibilities

• Scrub, monitor, and circulate EP cardiology procedures.
• Lead extractions and device implantations.
• Participate in performance improvement and CQI activities within the department.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with providers and staff.

Education

AA degree CVT program with CCI registration and WA CIS licensure
