Job summary

UW Medical Center - Montlake seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) Lab. This 100% FTE role conducts direct and indirect patient care in EP procedures, including monitoring and circulating diagnostic EP studies, ablations, and device insertions.

The department emphasizes advanced cardiovascular care, teamwork, and career growth within a nationally recognized academic medical center in Seattle.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Washington.
• At least 2 years of acute care cardiac telemetry experience.
• Previous EP Lab, Cath Lab, or ICU experience preferred.
• Current BLS & ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Direct and indirect patient care in EP Lab procedures.
• Ongoing care of procedural patients, monitoring and circulating diagnostic EP studies, ablations, and device insertion procedures.
• Participate in performance improvement and CQI activities within the department.
