Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. in Lancaster, PA seeks a Behavior Support Specialist (Independent Contractor) to work with adults with developmental needs, implementing behavioral support plans and training staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Psychology, Social Work, Education, ABA or PA Behavior Specialist License.
• Minimum 2 years experience with Autism and/or other IDD.
• Completed FBA training with Post Test Certification, or willingness to complete during application.

Responsibilities

• Observe participants across settings and develop a positive behavior support plan with families and team.
• Complete FBAs through functional assessments of presenting issues.
• Train staff, participants and family on behavior support plan implementation.
• Prepare data, progress reports, monthly/quarterly reports, and annual planning materials.
