Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group in Montebello, CA is seeking an Advanced Behavior Technician to support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth across classroom and community settings.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with scheduling flexibility. You may travel between Montebello USD sites as needed, joining a collaborative team dedicated to student success and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Prior ABA experience required.
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be available Monday-Friday, with flexible hours between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (start times may vary depending on scheduling needs).
• Reliable transportation to travel between cases as needed within Montebello USD covering Montebello, Monterey Park, Commerce, East Los Angeles, Pico Rivera and Bell Gardens.

Responsibilities
