Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC in Foster City, CA is seeking an Advanced Behavior Technician to support students in achieving learning goals. This full-time role offers collaborative teamwork, ongoing training, and opportunities to impact students’ behavioral, social, and academic growth.

You will work Monday through Friday, with flexible start times between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, traveling to cases within the local district as needed.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Prior ABA experience required
• Must be available Monday-Friday, with flexible hours 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Reliable transportation to travel between cases within San Mateo-Foster City School District

Responsibilities

• Support students in achieving success inside and outside the classroom.
• Collaborate with team to implement behavior intervention plans.
• Travel between cases within San Mateo-Foster City School District as needed.
• Provide compassionate, child-centered ABA-based support.

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Prior ABA experience required

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Must be available Monday-Friday, with flexible hours between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (start times may vary depending on scheduling needs).
• Reliable transportation to travel between cases as needed within San Mateo-Foster City School District, which includes both San Mateo and Foster City
