Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is hiring an Advanced Behavior Technician to support students in Pomona, Diamond Bar, and La Verne, CA. This full-time role offers hands-on work shaping student outcomes with ABA-driven strategies and data collection.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT or are willing to obtain one, with prior ABA experience and strong communication skills. Travel between sites is required; start times vary within 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Prior ABA experience required.
• Must be available Monday-Friday, with flexible hours between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (start times may vary).
• Reliable transportation to travel between cases within Pomona and Diamond Bar with occasional caseloads in La Verne and surrounding cities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support students' behavioral and educational goals in classroom and caseload settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBA supervisors, and families to implement behavior intervention plans.
• Provide data collection and progress monitoring to help students achieve meaningful milestones.
