Job summary

We are seeking a backend engineer to design and implement scalable components, APIs, and cloud-native services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years backend development experience.
• Fluent in Python or Node.js (TypeScript).
• Strong understanding of API/Web communication protocols and cloud services.
• Capable of working container-first and understanding concurrency concepts.

Job description

• Work with technical leads and clients to align expectations and deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Hard Skills:

• 3+ years of backend development experience.
• Fluent in Python or Node.js (TypeScript).

• Capable of working container-first and understanding concurrency concepts.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Go, PHP, Ruby, or frameworks like Django, FastAPI, NextJS.
• Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MySQL, Redis.
• Experience with CI/CD, AWS, DevOps tools, and generative AI.
• Every other Friday off (26 extra days a year).
