Job summary

Chenega MIOS is seeking a Mid-Level AV-VTC Engineer (Programmer) to develop and maintain AV capabilities at the client’s headquarters and subordinate sites. You will support the AV engineering team, design touch panels, troubleshoot with advanced Crestron programming, and ensure high-visibility systems remain available.

The role requires senior AV programming experience, Cisco UC/VTC knowledge, and the ability to travel as needed, supporting DoD environments.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in information technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years AV programming/engineering experience.
• Must have senior experience configuring, maintaining AV systems (Crestron, AMX, Extron, Cisco UC/VTC).
• Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• U.S. citizen with Top Secret clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced operational programming maintenance and support for all Audio Video systems.
• Support VTC capabilities and UI design across Chenega AV Engineering teams.
• Utilize Crestron programming to manage extensive AV equipment.
• Design and configure touch panels; read schematics to troubleshoot.
