A leading automotive parts retailer is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in North Carolina. This full-time role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and expertise in automotive parts. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, ensuring store standards, and providing DIY services. Candidates should have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and proven sales ability. ASE Certification is preferred but not required.

Formación

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.

Ability to locate and stock parts

Educación

Valid driver's license

ASE Certification Preferred
