Qualifications

• ASE Master Technician certification and relevant ASE certifications preferred.
• Strong diagnostic capability across mechanical, electrical, and drivability areas.
• Proficient with scan tools, diagnostic software, and testing equipment.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and OEM service information.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Troubleshoot engine, transmission, steering, suspension, HVAC, and electronic systems.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and OEM information to identify root causes.
• Verify repairs through testing and quality inspections.
• Mentor teammates and support shop performance.
