Qualifications

• ASE Master Technician certification or Manufacturer Certification.
• Hands-on diagnostic ability for complex drivability and electrical issues.
• Experience reading wiring diagrams and OEM service information.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance concerns.
• Troubleshoot engine, transmission, steering, suspension, braking, HVAC, and electronic systems.
• Use advanced diagnostic equipment, OEM service information, scan tools, and testing equipment to identify root causes.
• Verify repairs through testing and quality inspections.
