Pearson is seeking a part-time Educational Consulting Administrator to deliver professional development and product training to educators, supporting MTSS and assessment implementation. The role emphasizes data-based decision making, adult learning principles, and extensive travel during peak season from July to October.
The ideal candidate holds advanced degrees in education and has experience delivering PD in multiple formats, with strong communication and record-keeping skills.
Our team is in search of part‑time Learning Facilitators who have leadership experience supporting MTSS and/or assessment implementation to deliver web‑based or onsite product training and professional development. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven facilitation skills for adult learners. The ideal candidate should have a passion for partnering with school leaders to support meaningful improvement to school systems using data‑based decision making and intentional teaming structures. This is a needs‑based, per‑diem, position that requires extensive travel during our peak season (August‑October).
As a part‑time trainer you will be provided a company issued laptop to deliver professional development in both the webinar and onsite formats. Microsoft 365 will be provided upon employment at Pearson.
The hourly rate for this role is $XX.XX – $XX.XX.
This position is eligible for accrued paid sick time.
