Qualifications

• 2–3 months to proficiency for Assembly II level.
• 3–6 months to proficiency for Assembly III level.
• 9–12 months to proficiency for Assembly IV level.
• 3–5 years to mastery for Assembly V level.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine assembly using written instructions.
• Conduct leak testing and Hi-Pot testing.
• Assemble and fill thermal/capillary systems.
• Independently manage low-volume, high-variation orders.
