Job summary

Taylor Machine Works, Inc. in Louisville, MS is seeking an Assembly Group member to build complete products and major subassemblies. You will handle wiring, battery cables, and base assemblies, using drills, sanders, saws, and welding equipment.

You will work as part of a coordinated team, ensure quality, and maintain a clean work area. You must pass specified welder and wiring tests to join the team.

Qualifications

• Assemble complete products and major assemblies, including wiring and operator bases.
• Perform electrical connections and battery cable assembly.
• Operate drill presses, sanders, saws, and other hand tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and coordinate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a member of the Assembly Group to support production.
• Coordinate with group members to maintain smooth workflow.
• Provide instruction and/or training as qualified.
• Must pass TMW-AWS D14.3 Tack Welder Qualification Test and TMW Basic Wiring Test.
