Taylor Power Systems Inc. in Clinton, MS is seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to build wiring harnesses, panels and electrical assemblies following detailed schematics.

You will assemble sub-panels, mount components in enclosures, and ensure correct interconnections to form complete generator sets and transfer switches. The role requires careful measurement, testing with meters and equipment, and adherence to safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some electrical experience and knowledge of wiring, diagrams, schematics, and AC/DC circuits.
• Experience with power generation is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient with multimeter, test equipment, laptop, measurement devices and hand tools.
• Willing to work as a team to maximize generator production.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to follow safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Building/installing wiring harnesses, panel wiring, reading schematics, and working with meters and test equipment.
• Assemble electronic components to sub-panels, mounts in enclosures, and install electrical equipment.
• Assure fit of electrical components, boxes, and enclosures per standardized design.
• Wires and labels electrical sub-panels and enclosures.
• Mounts and interconnects components to equipment per schematics or drawings.
• Evaluate components and equipment for safe operation and serviceability.
• Provide in-house support to production personnel as needed.
• Coordinate with Engineering to fit parts for generator sets and ATS/remotes per specs.
