From detailed engineering docs, you will coordinate with cross-functional groups, adhere to safety and quality standards, and help meet production goals while continuously improving processes and performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in electro‑mechanical assembly.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with small‑scale/ precision tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, test, troubleshoot, repair, and rework electro‑mechanical, electronic, optical, and mechanical assemblies in accordance with engineering specifications and production requirements.
• Interpret complex wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, engineering specifications, operation sheets, and standard operating procedures to ensure accurate, high‑quality workmanship.
• Provide technical support to engineers and production teams by assisting with prototype development, testing, process improvements, and production builds.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to maintain the efficient flow of materials and information while adapting priorities to meet changing production demands.
• Monitor and achieve key performance objectives, including production schedules, product quality, inventory awareness, and compliance with established standards.
• Maintain compliance with all company safety policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable certifications while promoting a safe and organized work environment.
