Job summary

Sustainable Staffing Inc. in Spring Grove, IL is seeking an Advanced Assembler to join our electronics manufacturing team. This role involves assembling electrical components, reading blueprints and schematics, and meeting tolerances on standard or custom designs. The 1st shift runs Mon-Fri from 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a pay rate of $18.00/hr.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Able to distinguish colors.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and sub-assemblies.

Advanced Assembler Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and or electronic components, sub-assemblies, and complete assemblies of standard or custom designs.
• Work from detailed drawing and blueprints and or schematics.
• Adjust, fit and align to meet specified tolerances using wire harness boards.
• Perform other duties designated by supervisor.

Advanced Assembler Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in assembling wire harness is a plus.
• Ability to read a blueprint, covert fractions to decimals, and read a ruler to 1/64 inch.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to distinguish colors.
