Responsibilities

1. Read and understand complex manuals, drawings, and schematics
2. Precisely measure components to ensure fit
3. Modify components to meet required specifications
4. Assemble parts to create more complex pieces
5. Maintain a high level of quality control
6. Keep detailed records
7. Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment in working condition
8. Report any equipment issues or defective parts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Certification or diploma from a technical school is preferred but not required
• Previous experience as an Assembler or in a similar role
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
• Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools
• Strong understanding of quality control principles
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
