Job summary

Apollopros is seeking a Research Associate III - Assay Development for an onsite contract role in the United States. You will design and execute experiments, analyze data, maintain compliant documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance diagnostic assay development and regulated processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related with 4-6 years of post-college experience, OR Master's degree with 1-2 years of post-college experience.
Hands-on proficiency with standard wet-lab techniques and data analysis.
Excellent technical writing and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Design, execute, and analyze experimental protocols with minimal supervision.
Conduct R&D activities supporting assay development and manufacturing projects.
Prepare technical reports, study summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses; maintain lab records.
Ensure compliance with GLP and GMP, plus Design Control requirements.
Train and mentor colleagues; contribute to process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
