Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences
• 4–6 years of relevant post-college experience.
• Proficiency in wet laboratory techniques; capable of literature search; skilled with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experimental protocols with minimal supervision; observe and analyze data.
• Prepare and present technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses; maintain records.
• Troubleshoot problems and institute corrective actions.
• Collaborate in a team; provide creative solutions for project planning.
• Contribute to process improvements and identify patentable inventions.
• Train colleagues and ensure quality and adherence to Quality First Time principles.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques for complex problems.
